How do I enter into the current giveaway?
Simply through the purchase of any item automatically enters you into the giveaway.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please note not all merchandise is kept in stock and therefore it may take a little longer for production and shipping time. Normally your order will ship 14-21 business days after being placed if not sooner. If you have any problem, please email us thechillvibez@outlook.com

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?
If you realize you ordered the wrong size or product please contact us IMMEDIATELY as all products are made custom to your order and entries for said product have already been gathered and collected. If you Email us quick enough we can change the order before it gets fulfilled.

How will I know if I won?

We will contact you via the information you put in while checking out, either by email or phone call. We will give you 5 days from the first attempt of contact to claim the prize. Past the 5 days we will draw a new winner

Can I cancel my order?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL as each product is made custom to your order and the entries tied to it have already been gathered for the current giveaway.


I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at thechillvibez@outlook.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission. 

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do not keep all products in stock and many are made custom to your order. Normally your order will ship 14-21 business days or sooner.
